3/8/19 A drunk driver was arrested around 8:30 pm in the area of Panorama city. The drunk driver was driving a black toyota car with license plates 7LTL588 , according to a witness the toyota car was swerving in and out of traffic when he crashed with another car, on roscoe and sepulveda Pl. The driver left the scene after the crash, but came back for his wallet. And that's when he was detained by the cops. 1 person was transported to the hospital. The victims and witnesses didn't want to talk on camera.
