This is just a short video because the incident happened in a really
busy intersection. Police responded a call of a man throwing stones to
costumers at Denny's restaurant located at 15540 Roscoe Blvd in Van
Nuys, California. The man walked down the avenue and broke another
window from a jack in the box. I was just 3 minutes late, when I arrived
to the intersection of Roscoe and Sepulveda the suspect was already in
the police car. The police used a rubber bullets.
