Are criminals getting smarter ? If in fact this was a "bait car" the LAPD has failed miserably. 2 people that work nearby told me that the truck has been parked there for 2 weeks. I was told that a patrol car already took pictures and ran the license plate yesterday (10/2/20), but the car wasn't tow. Truck location Roscoe and Pendfield. I wonder if this is some kind of gang initiation.
