Only happens in California. I was on my way to work, when I saw this accident and I went back and took a few pictures. I don't know if the truck was spray painted before or after the crash. Nobody had any information about the accident. It's possible that it happened at night. Even the tow truck driver was like "What the fuck". (Roscoe and Ventura Canyon)
